This home staging service is a merchandising technique of preparing, packaging and presenting a home for sale in a manner that makes it sell quickly and at its highest and best possible price. Home staging can increase the value of a home by 2-5% in a slow market or 10-15% (or more) in a hot market and sell the home faster than comparable homes that have not been staged.

View Anew offers you, the home owner, an initial 1-3 hour consultation to let you know how you might most effectively get the best possible price for your home. Following the assessment of your home, along with a verbal overview, you will be given our comprehensive, prioritized room-by-room checklist of what needs improvement, which you may then choose to do on their own or you may choose to use View Anew’s home staging service. The home staging service includes:

  1. Decluttering, often ending up in pre-packing 60% of the home prior to the move.
  2. Neutralizing, removing items, like personal photos and bold wall colours, that distract potential buyers from visualizing themselves living in your home.
  3. Cleaning, landscaping, painting, and small repairs. We will arrange all necessary work to be performed by one of our preferred subcontractors, as needed.
  4. Arranging furniture to its best advantage, and acquiring needed furniture and accessories.
  5. Decorating and setting the stage for potential buyers to see themselves living in your home. .
View Anew also offers you the following services:

Open House Preparation Service

Prior to Public and or Agent Open House, or any other showings, View Anew will come in to clean, tidy, refresh flowers, and ensure that everything is in its place. We will reduce the stress of maintaining your home in viewing-ready condition.

Move-in/out Service

View Anew also offers a move-in/out service where we can arrange packers and movers, help you to decide which pieces of furniture to take to your new home, if downsizing, or help you decide what you need to buy for your new home, if upsizing, and help you organize your belongings to best advantage in your new home.

Decorating Service

Additionally, View Anew offers homeowners a decorating service to help you make your new home look equally as good, if not far better than the staged home that you left behind.

Professional Organizing Service

View Anew offers a Professional Organizing service, if needed, to help you deal with your clutter and find new homes for things that you no longer need or want and may help turn your clutter into cash.
