What do we do? We work closely with you, the homeowner and your realtor. We come into your home for a 1-3 hour consultation. First we assess your needs, and with these in mind we then identify the key areas in the home that need to be addressed in order to ensure the best outcome for the sale of the home. We deliver a comprehensive, prioritized checklist of recommendations for preparing the home for sale. You may then choose to work on the list yourselves, or engage View Anew’s services for part or all of the recommendations. We also have a network of preferred trades people to draw from, as needed.
